info.com is designed to work with the latest versions of the most popular web browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer (Windows only) or Firefox (all operating systems.) Here is a complete list of what we expect to work:

A note about web accelerators: these are becoming very popular among dial-up users. However, there are a number of web accelerators out there that are extremely buggy; they basically corrupt the complex HTML that info.com uses for flight results. If you are using a web accelerator and are having trouble getting results try the following:

Turn off the web accelerator.
If that doesn't work, use this link for info.com: secure mode to bypass the accelerator.
If either of the above helps you, please report the model and version number of your web accelerator to us, so we can work with the manufacturer to fix the problems.

Microsoft Windows: XP, 2000, 98	Microsoft Internet Explorer	6.0+	Some users have reported weird problems with IE. The primary problem they have is that results start to appear and then vanish. In general, this is caused by problem with Javascript. Sometimes popup-blockers and anti-adware programs corrupt the Javascript that comes from info.com. However, sometimes the Microsoft Windows Script Engine has become broken or corrupt. The solution is to reinstall the script engine from Microsoft. 	Opera	8.5+	Important: in your Opera preferences, do not use the setting "open popups in the background". Instead use "block unwanted popups". If you use the background setting, no flight results will ever appear. info.com is working with Opera Software to resolve this issue (01-mar-2006).
